Motorola Mobility India has released its Xoom tablet in the Indian market.The tablet, which was officially the first to run Android 3.0 , pack in a powerful 1 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, 10.1 inch displays, and battery lives that are expected to range in the vicinity of 10 hours over Wi-Fi.The device is available in two variants -- Wi-Fi (Rs 32,990) and 3G (Rs 39,990).
Motorola XOOM also supports a beta version of Adobe Flash Player 10.2 downloadable from Android Market, enabling the delivery of rich Flash-based Web content including videos, casual games and rich Internet applications. Motorola XOOM also features a built-in gyroscope, barometer, e-compass, accelerometer and adaptive lighting.Xoom's competitors in India include the Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Blackberry Playbook, HTC Flyer and the soon-to-be launched Huawei MediaPad.
