Google Panda is New algorithm developed by Google team and it is Works against Spammers and website or blog that contains low quality articles, and simply copy and paste Content from other website or blog to their Blog to increase the search engine rank.
With this Google's New Algorithm, we should be more careful about the postings we're making. Plus we should really make it relevant, unique and original. The descriptions must be only for that certain site/blog so we can avoid the effect of this new algorithm. Google panda now live for all English Language Site.
